PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution of a combined cooling device by discharging drain without independently mounting a drain discharging means. SOLUTION: In this combined cooling device comprising a cooling chamber 2 storing a cooled object 3, a cold air cooling means 5 cooling the cooled object 3 by the air in the cooling chamber 2 cooled by a heat exchanger 9 for cooling disposed in the cooling chamber 2, a vacuum cooling means 4 cooling the cooled object 3 in vacuum by reducing pressure in the cooling chamber 2 by operating a pressure reducer 16 disposed in a pressure reducing line 15, and a control means 6 controlling the operations of the cold air cooling means 5 and the vacuum cooling means 4, the pressure reducing line 15 is connected with a bottom portion of the cooling chamber 2.
