PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily tighten, at predetermined torque, a screw not having a structure for turning the screw on the screw head such as a slot or a cross recess for prevention of tampering, for example. SOLUTION: A through-hole 12 penetrating a bearing surface of a screw 10 including the screw head 11 not having a structure for turning the screw such as a slot or a cross recess is formed in the axial direction, and a wire rod 30 is penetrated through the through-hole 12. For example, both ends of the wire rod 30 are pulled so that couple of force is applied on the screw 10, and by applying torque via the wire rod 30, the screw 10 is tightened. After tightening, the wire rod 30 is cut and removed. Thereby, loosening of the screw 10 is made impossible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
