PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving material ensuring slip resistance in a wet state not only in the early stage of use but also after worn. SOLUTION: The elastic paving material contains rubber chips and/or rubber powder, aggregate and a urethane binder. The aggregate with the grain size within a range of±50% of the average grain size of rubber chips and/or rubber powder is included at 5 vol% or more, or the average grain diameter of the rubber chips and/or rubber powder is within a range of±70% of the average grain size of the aggregate.
