PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which is equipped with: a game board with a game area formed on the front surface; and a shooting device arranged below the game board to shoot a game ball toward the game area, the pinball game machine having the enlarged game area thereby enabling various game ball flow-down states to be formed or multiple accessory devices to be arranged thereon. SOLUTION: A game ball guiding part 10 is embedded in the game board 1. The front surface side of the part provides the game area 1a and a part where the game ball guiding part 10 conventionally exists serves as the game area 1a. Consequently, the the game area 1a can be enlarged, so that the various game ball flow-down states are formed in the game area 1a and the multiple accessory devices are arranged.
