PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cockroach trap slight in shape error by its components' assembling operation when to be used, resistant to deformation, and enabling cockroach to be efficiently captured in either posture, i.e. even if laid horizontally or perpendicularly. SOLUTION: The cockroach trap has the following construction: Both opposing sides of the inner wall of the main body 11 are provided with adhesive parts and a flap 30 is provided at a first rim 31b and a second rim 32b constituting an opening 50, wherein the flap 30 forms a first slope part 31 folded inward along the first rim 31b, a second slope part 32 folded inward along the second rim 32b, and a slope-holding part 33 furnished consecutively along the first rim 31b and the second rim 32b at the boundary between the area extending from the first rim 31b and the area extending from the second rim 32b and specifying the tilt angle of a first slope 31 in contact therewith through being folded inward and also folded outward on the line going from the contact of the first rim 31b and the second rim 32b to the end of a second slope 32.
