Degasifier (2) including a liquid circulation space, vacuum spaces (25A,25B,25C), gas permeable membranes (21A,21B,21C) for partitioning the spaces, and pump (22) for discharging any gas within the vacuum spaces (25A,25B,25C) to outside. Further, there is provided a liquid chromatograph equipped with the degasifier (2). The degasifier (2) further includes gas partial-pressure fluctuation inhibiting means (23A,23B,23C,25Ab,25Bb,25Cb,29A,29B,29C) to inhibit any fluctuation of given gas partial-pressure within the vacuum spaces (25A,25B,25C).
