The invention relates to heating engineering and is used for room heating. The invention simplifies the production process, reduces a labour cost and increases a specific heat flow rate through the radiator. The inventive radiator is characterised in that it comprises an inside tube, a finning and manifolds, and is also provided with finning fastening means consisting of at least two pads connected to each other with the aid of fasteners passing through holes embodied in the finning.
