STABLE OPERATION METHOD OF PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable operation method of pressure swing adsorption device which is capable of simply stabilizing the purity and the manufacturing amount of product gas in a low cost notwithstanding the open air environmental temperature in summer and winter and which is easily exchangeable for the installation from existing facilities.

SOLUTION: The stable operation method of the pressure swing adsorption device comprises operating the PSA 10 with a constant recovery notwithstanding the variation of the open air environment temperature by having an arithmetic function to calculate the hydrogen recovery with the raw material gas flow rate introduced to PSA 10 and the product hydrogen flow rate from the PSA 10 and altering the cycle time at any time. Thus, the method can stabilize the purity and the manufacturing amount of the product hydrogen simply in a low cost notwithstanding the open air environment temperature and can utilize the existing facilities.
