PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput by dispensing specimens within one cycle even if the dispensing amount of the specimens increases and simplify sample dispensing control. SOLUTION: A sampling speed control part 23 increases the elevating and lowering speed of vertical operations of a sampling arm 7; its rotational speed; and air suction speed by a sampling pump 15 according to increases in the sampling amount of specimen 4.
