PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation load of file selection when transmitting a service comprising a plurality of scripts. SOLUTION: When an event is accepted from a communication control part 21, an input part 22, or a state management part 25, a category and contents of the event are discriminated by an event processing part 235. It is determined by a condition determination part 236 whether the discriminated category of the event is included in a condition table 232 or not, and it is determined whether the contents meet a set condition (TRUE) or not when the category is included in the condition table 232, and a condition determination part 236 provides a script retrieval part 237 with names of scripts to be executed when the contents meet it. The script retrieval part 237 retrieves definition entities of the scripts from a script table 233 and gives them to an execution part 238. The execution part 238 executes the given scripts.
