摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clearance gauge from falling during measurement. SOLUTION: An opening/closing section 12 whose part is cut is disposed in an annular ring gauge 11, a recessed section 13 is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the ring gauge 11 facing the opening/closing section 12, and a recessed groove 18 is formed in the whole outer peripheral surface of the ring gauge 11. The recessed section 13 is formed in a T shape extending outward in the radial direction of the ring gauge 11 to the recessed groove 18 and extending both sides. When the ring gauge 11 is deformed by opening the opening/closing section 12, the stress applied to the outside part of the recessed section 13 of the ring gauge 11 is dispersed. Thus, the clamp force of the ring gauge 11 is set not smaller than a clamp force required for fall prevention due to the own weight of the clearance gauge 10, and the falling of the clearance gauge 10 is prevented.
