PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection apparatus capable of highly accurately detecting DC voltages. SOLUTION: An output voltage Vout of a battery 1 is oscillated at a prescribed period, converted from a DC voltage into an AC voltage by a switch 21, and transmitted from a primary coil 241 to a secondary coil 242. AC voltages Vh and Vl generated at both ends of the secondary coil 242 are detected by an AC/DC converter 25 and converted into a voltage V1 which rises as Vout rises and a voltage V2 which drops as Vout rises. Offset errors are computed on the basis of V1 and V2 when Vout is zero. The potential difference between V1 and V2 is computed on the basis of the offset errors to compute Vout.
