PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having a color powder layer of high design properties constituted of a color powder. SOLUTION: The color powder layer 2, wherein a plurality of kinds of color powders are respectively arranged in different patterns, is provided on the surface of a base material 1. By this method, the color powder layer 2 having complicated design patterns, which are constituted by arranging a plurality of kinds of the color powders in respectively separate patterns, is formed on the surface of the base material 1 to obtain the decorative material A having high design properties.
