PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover having a non-adhesive surface layer and an inner surface layer good in adhesive properties to a substrate etc. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin cover is composed of the outer layer made of a thermoplastic fluorocarbon resin layer and the inner surface layer of a thermoplastic fluorocarbon resin having hydroxy groups which contains a filler of an aluminum compound.
