PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) structure with high rigidity and environmental resistance while using waste FRP effectively. SOLUTION: In the structure 1, in the intermediate layer 3 between an outside reinforcing layer 4 and an inside reinforcing layer 2, a plurality of resin layers are laminated (sandwich design), and a resin tape is arranged between adjacent resin layers. Rigidity, tensile stress, bending stress, etc., necessary for the structure 1 are secured by the outside reinforcing layer 4, and compression shear strength necessary for the structure is secured by the intermediate layer having a plurality of the resin layers. The resin layers in the intermediate layer are incorporated with crushed or powdered resin moldings (FRP waste materials, thermoplastic plastic waste materials, etc.) in a high content of at least 50%. The resin moldings are compacted by, for example, a resin and fixed by the resin tape so that the structure keeps necessary compression shear strength.
