PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for extraction treatment capable of preventing contamination by attachment of a sample solution and being commonly used regardless of a system of extraction treatment. SOLUTION: The cartridge 10 for extraction treatment is used for extracting a prescribed substance contained in a sample solution L1. The cartridge 10 is equipped with a cartridge cylindrical part 11 formed in a cylindrical shape so as to store the sample solution L1 in the interior, an upper opening 11a formed in either one end of the cartridge cylindrical part 11, a cylindrical discharge part 13, formed in other end of the cartridge cylindrical part 11, in which a discharge-side opening 13a for discharging a waste liquid L2 by extraction treatment of the sample solution L1 is formed, protruded in the lower direction and an absorption medium M stored in the cartridge cylindrical part 11 and absorbing the prescribed substance, and at least one fracture part 14 is installed in the intermediate part of the discharge part 13 so as to shortly adjust the length by as necessary causing fracture and removing the tip side.
