PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of metal fittings to a chassis capable of firmly fixing the metal fittings to the chassis by correct positioning. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of a metal fitting 2 of a chassis 1 is constituted such that: the fitting 2 is secured by screws to a side board 1a and a back board 1c of the chassis 1 where the side boards 1a, 1b and the rear board 1c rise up at a right angle from the bottom board; a tongue 2d is notched and folded so as to form a vertical plane in a fitting 4; a slit 1d is formed in the back board 1c; and thus, the fitting 2 is secured to the chassis 1 in a state where the positioning of the fitting 2 and the chassis 1 is carried out by fitting and engaging the notched and folded tongues 2d and the slit 1d.
