PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric suitable for use as a wiper for wiping dirt while making fine lather by being impregnated with a detergent or the like. SOLUTION: By disposing a first fiber web containing≥50 mass% latent crimping fibers, on one or both sides of a second fiber layer containing hydrophilic fibers, integrating the webs by hydroentanglement and being subjected to heat treatment so as to express three-dimensional crimps in the latent crimping fibers, a laminated nonwoven fabric comprising a first fiber layer formed with proper spaces by three-dimensional crimping and a second fiber layer excellent in liquid retention is obtained, wherein the surface of the nonwoven fabric is substantially flat and has substantially no opening.
