PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform mixture composition of a piperidyl group-containing high-molecular-weight polymer or copolymer and a conductive material. SOLUTION: The conductive material mixture composition is obtained by mixing the conductive material with the piperidyl group-containing high-molecular-weight polymer or copolymer immediately after synthesizing the polymer or the copolymer through a liquid-phase polymerization.
