PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphate residue-containing (meth)acrylamide composition that (a) has a high emulsification capacity and can be used as an emulsifier that copolymerizes with an unsaturated monomer subjected to emulsion polymerization, (b) can be used as a solubilizing agent for easily dissolving or dispersing a rubber in an organic solvent and (c) becomes a resin having a high conductivity when polymerized, a polymer using the same, their applications, and methods of preparing the same. SOLUTION: The phosphate residue-containing (meth)acrylamide composition is obtained by introducing a phosphate residue to an optionally N-substituted (meth)acrylamide monomer and reacting the obtained phosphate residue-containing (meth)acrylamide with an alcoholic hydroxyl group-containing compound.
