PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transmission of a feel of a vertical wall part when touching an arm rest from a surface material side. SOLUTION: An elastic body 35 is interposed between a hard base material 31 and a flexible surface material 33. The vertical wall part 39 for positioning the elastic body 35 in the surface of the base material 31 at a predetermined position is formed corresponding to the outer peripheral edge part of the elastic body 35. The elastic body 35 is placed in the surface of the base material 31 so that one side of the outer peripheral edge parts is projected from a first vertical wall part 39a. An overlapped part 47 formed by sawing a threefold part is formed in a position corresponding to a part of the surface material 33, toward which the elastic body 35 is projected, at thickness corresponding to the amount of projection of the elastic body 35 so as to face the projecting part end surface of the elastic body 35.
