PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for pet, having simple and convenient structure, strong and on which the pet can comfortably lie regardless of seasons such as summer and winter. SOLUTION: A core 4 divided into first and second chambers r1 and r2 with a intermediate sheet 3 parallel to the bottom surface and the upper surface of the baglike body 2, and using a sponge material in the first chamber r1 is inserted in a baglike body 2 formed by heat fusion of a synthetic resin sheet. In the second chamber r2, the inside surface of the baglike body 2 is bonded with the intermediate sheet 3 by circular heat fusion at predetermined positions. Near one of corners of the baglike body 2, an inlet 5 for filling air or liquid in the second chamber r2 is provided, the inlet 5 is enabled to be open and close with a plug 6 and the inlet 5 and the plug 6 are covered with a cap-like cover 7 to lie thereover from outside the corner.
