pH-RESPONSIVE MOLECULAR AGGREGATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pH-responsive molecular aggregate supporting a molecule having not only a low molecular weight but also a high molecular weight such as a drug or a gene and controlling the release behavior thereof. SOLUTION: The pH-responsive molecular aggregate is a molecular aggregate comprising an amphoteric amino acid type lipid having a specific structure and supporting the objective substance. The pH-responsive molecular aggregate releases the substance when the pH of the dispersion aqueous medium changes from a physiological value to an acidic value.
