PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen point of a marking pen which hardly disperses. SOLUTION: A primary fiber bundle (1) is formed by arranging in order the fibers (f) in the longitudinal direction, bundling them and heating them to make the outer peripheral side high density by a primary fiber bundle forming machine (10). A secondary fiber bundle (2) is formed by arranging in order the fibers (f) in the longitudinal direction, bundling them and heating them to make the outer peripheral side high density by a secondary fiber bundle forming machine (20). The secondary fiber bundle is impregnated with a resin solution containing a solvent in a resin solution impregnating apparatus (30). It is then dried and cured by heating by a heating and drying machine (40) to form an original rod (4) for a pen point to process it into a pen point shape so that a brush pressure part on which a brush pressure is applied exists at a part where the primary fiber bundle is made to be high density.
