PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine which almost equally produces an imperfect transfer part with respect to each of the regions of a molded product having difference in wall thickness and can obtain the molded product reduced in internal strain as a whole and improved in shape precision, and an injection molding method. SOLUTION: The injection molding machine has an injection mold constituted so as to inject and charge a molten molding material in a cavity, which is formed of at least one transfer surface subjected to highly precise processing and a non-transfer surface other than the transfer surface and provided with a plurality of vent holes opened in a predetermined area, through a gate to cool the same to obtain the molded product and a plurality of gas supply devices for supplying a predetermined gas into the cavity through a plurality of the gas supply devices in a cooling process after the molding material is injected and charged. A plurality of the gas supply devices correspond to a plurality of the vent holes in 1:1 relationship and supplies a gas under predetermined pressure in predetermined timing to form the imperfect transfer part to the non-transfer surface.
