PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method of textile goods for cleaning work, in which the washed textile goods are not soiled again and which is excellent in detergency and flocculating and settling properties when textile goods such as a mat and a mop are washed. SOLUTION: The washing method of textile goods for cleaning work comprises at least one washing step of washing textile goods for cleaning work by using a surfactant-containing washing medium. At at least one of all washing steps, sodium or potassium salt ((A) component) of a 14-22C fatty acid is used. At all the washing steps, a nonionic surfactant ((B) component) is used. The weight ratio of the total amount of the (A) component to that of the (B) component in the washing medium to be used at all the washing steps is within a specified range.
