PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic washing apparatus capable of efficiently washing an object to be treated containing an organic compound and certainly discharging the object to be treated applied with a washing treatment. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic washing apparatus 3 has a washing tank 31 for storing a mixture of contaminated soil E1 containing VOC and washing water W1. A first inclination surface 37 and a second inclination surface 38 opposed to each other are formed on a bottom part of the washing tank 31, a first ultrasonic vibrator 33 is provided on an outer side of the first inclination surface 37 and a second ultrasonic vibrator 34 is provided on an outer side of the second inclination surface 38. An ultrasonic wave 10 is irradiated toward the mixture from different directions by the respective ultrasonic vibrators 33, 34 to wash the contaminated soil E1. The contaminated soil E1 applied with the washing treatment is discharged from a discharge port 39 provided on a lower end at the bottom part of the washing tank 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
