PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time to be taken until hot water of preset temperature is obtained. SOLUTION: A resin housing part 2 is divided into a first divided resin housing part 8 and a second divided resin housing part 9. A first high flow rate line 16 and a first very low flow rate line 17 are connected to the side of a raw water inlet of the first divided resin housing part 8 and a first branched soft water line 28 is connected to the side of a soft water outlet of the first divided resin housing part 8. A second high flow rate line 18 and a second very low flow rate line 19 are connected to the side of a raw water inlet of the second divided resin housing part 9 and a second branched soft water line 29 is connected to the side of a soft water outlet of the second divided resin housing part 9.
