PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putting on/taking off assisting utensil for socks, trousers, etc., which is thought that being light-weight and safety are important so that a person who has pains on the knees and has a difficulty in bending the knees can put on/take off socks etc. by a simple operation by using one tool, and so that even a person having a weak strength of hands can hold the assisting utensil by one hand.
