A method for reserving and paying a guestroom of a hotel by using biometric recognition is provided to enable a user to freely use the reserved guestroom and services for a reservation period based on biometric recognition and authentication by enabling the user to register the biometric recognition, and make a reservation and perform payment based on the biometric recognition through a hotel homepage. A member registered to the hotel makes the reservation by connecting to the hotel homepage, and selecting the reservation period, the guestroom, and the services. The member makes the final reservation by selecting a payment tool and performing the authentication/payment through the biometric recognition. A main controller of the hotel server confirms reservation/payment contents by transmitting a reservation number or contents to the member through an email or a mobile terminal. If reception is confirmed, a payment server informs the member and the main controller of the payment contents. When the member checks in the hotel through the biometric recognition, the main controller enables the member to use the guestroom/service through the biometric recognition. |
