<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful information for development and sales of gift articles and article selection for a sender by collecting satisfaction level of a receiver to the sent gift article and allowing for precise analysis of the satisfaction level of a specific product. <P>SOLUTION: A server computer stores the sender information, receiver information, and gift product as delivery reception information while a dealer sends the gift article 111 by attaching a slip on which a unique identification code is described for the relation. The receiver recognizes the identification code of the slip and accesses the server computer, and the server computer takes out the delivery information corresponding to the identification code, specifies the gift article, and displays a questionnaire page on an answering means 112 for the receiver.
