METHOD FOR PREDICTING PEPTIDE LIGAND CANDIDATE FOR GPCR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a GPCR peptide ligand candidate array with high sensitivity by minimizing retrieval oversight.

SOLUTION: In predicting a disconnection site for segmenting peptide ligand from a precursor, a highly reliable ligand candidate array is predicted by using the appearance probability of not only a character string but also amino acid whose existence in the disconnection site region is predicted and the structure information of the disconnection site region or the like as a clue.
