<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content information display system for allowing a user to use a system without initial registration and select only content information according to the user's attributes to distribute so as to allow the user to look and listen to with high probability. <P>SOLUTION: By using employee information stored in a personnel management system in a company, content information adequate for the employee selected from the information is distributed to the employee.
