PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the development of disagreeable taste in the mouth after the dissolution of a coating in the case of a troche or a food to be retained in the mouth for a long period to sense the taste before swallowing in contrast with a material such as a medicine expected to be administered only by swallowing.

SOLUTION: A granule is produced by mixing a functional component, a sugar alcohol and a polymeric additive, and a tablet is prepared from the granule.
