摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device of which the condensing efficiency is improved by optimizing a distance from a condenser to a light shielding film, and a projector. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device has a plurality of condensers 33 which condense light incident on a liquid crystal 39 toward the center side of a pixel.
