<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip capable of accurately measuring the concentration of a target substance. <P>SOLUTION: The microchip 20 is constituted so as to process a mixed sample obtained by mixing and reacting the liquid permeable fine particles, which support a first recognition substance for recognizing the target in a sample or a second recognition substance for recognizing the first recognition substance, with the sample.
