<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a receptacle that allows conductor patterns of a circuit board to be led out with equal lengths from dip holes and that facilitates impedance matching of terminals. <P>SOLUTION: Fixed parts 14 of grounding terminals are disposed on a straight line at intervals J, and fixed parts 15 and 16 of signal terminals are disposed at respective intervals. A terminal group Y2 is formed by two of the signal terminals (e.g., No. 1 and No. 3) adjacent to each other and one of the grounding terminals (No. 2) out of the fixed parts 14, 15 and 16 of the grounding terminals and the signal terminals. An interval K between two of the signal terminals (No. 7 and No. 9) in the same terminal group Y2 is made smaller than the interval J, while an interval M between adjacent signal terminals (No. 6 and No. 10) of adjacent terminal groups Y that are the same in the orientation of the triangles in the terminal groups Y is made greater than the interval J.
