PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange batteries mounted in a swivel base of a working vehicle, with sufficient weight balance. SOLUTION: A back hoe has the swivel base mounted on a travel device; a boom or the like mounted to the front part of the swivel base; and a driving force generating part provided inside the swivel base to generate driving force for operating the boom or the like. The driving force generating part has a hydraulic pump 14 supplying hydraulic pressure of an operating fluid; an electric motor 13 for driving the hydraulic pump 14; and the batteries 50 for supplying electric power to the electric motor 13. The electric motor 13 is vertically arranged so that the rotation axis Y direction of the electric motor 13 almost coincides with the turning axis X direction of the swivel base 11. The hydraulic pump 14 and the electric motor 13 are vertically arranged in a line in the turning axis X direction of the swivel base. The batteries 50 are stored and arranged in a battery storage part 12 located behind the hydraulic motor 14 and the electric motor 13 and in a rear end side position inside the swivel base.
