PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict disarrangement of cords in cord tilt layers during vulcanization. SOLUTION: At least one of a plurality of cord tilt layers 14 and 15 is provided to be disposed at a such a position that its width direction end part corresponds to a width direction end part of a tread surface part 13, so that the width direction end parts of the cord tilt layers 14 and 15 are respectively disposed at corresponding positions to both width direction end parts of the tread surface part 13. A part of a lug groove 13a positioned to the width direction end part of the tread surface part 13 is extended in a crossing direction to the extended direction of the cords 14a and 15a in the cord tilt layers 14 and 15 of which width direction end parts are positioned to the corresponding positions to the part in the plan view of the tread surface part 13.
