PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select either a vertically long state or a horizontally long state as the fixing attitude of a mirror even in the case of providing an attachment tool to the rear face of the mirror in advance. SOLUTION: This fixing structure attaches and fixes a rectangular mirror apparatus 10 to an attached surface W with the attachment tool 20 composed of four hook receiving parts 21 provided to the rear surface side of the mirror apparatus 10 and four hooks 22 to be attached to the attached surface W. Each hook 22 is equipped with an insertion piece 22b with a latching stage part which is raised along the attached surface W. Each hook receiving part 21 can make the insertion piece 22b of a corresponding hook 22 put therethrough, and has a square opening part 23 which can latch a corresponding latching stage part at the opening edge part of four edges.
