The tool (1) has a reference plane with a longitudinal axis cutting a center axis, where the longitudinal axis encloses an angle with the center axis. The plane has a transverse axis cutting the longitudinal axis below an angle of 90 degree, where the transverse axis encloses an angle of 90 degree with the center axis. An intersecting or contact line is provided between a cutting face (23) of a rotating blade (7) and the plane, and cuts the center axis below the angle of the longitudinal axis. The face has an area protruding opposite to the plane towards a moving direction of the tool.
