DOUBLE MAT FOOTING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING REMODELLING AND IT'S CONSTRUCTION METHOD

A double mat foundation structure is provided to increase the loading capacity of a foundation by the rigid behavior of the lowest basement by using a double mat of upper and lower rigid slabs, and a double mat connector. The double mat foundation structure for the remodeling work of a building for reinforcing the lowest basement located right above a foundation to make a rigid behavior includes a lower rigid slab(20) constructed newly by dismantling an existing lower slab of the lowest basement located right above a spread foundation, connecting with a foundation reinforcing bar of the spread foundation and arranging lower rigid slab bars, and then placing concrete on the upper part in a mat structure, an upper steel rigid slab(30) constructed newly by dismantling an upper slab of the lowest basement, connecting with a beam reinforcement of the lowest basement and arranging upper rigid slab bars, installing a form on the lower part and placing concrete in a mat structure, and a double mat connector(50) installed between the upper rigid slab and the lower rigid slab to connect the upper rigid slab and the lower rigid slab vertically by rigid linking to guide the rigid behavior of the lowest basement as a whole.
