<p>Even if personal information is not stored in a telephone terminal device and even if a user does not carry out any specific operation at an outgoing-call time, it is possible to make caller's personal information confirmed at an incoming-call time. A telephone relaying unit (110) acquires user's telephone number from a user information storing unit (130) when an incoming-call arrives at a relay telephone number. Further, the telephone relaying unit (110) acquires notifying information from a notifying information storing unit (150) which corresponds to outgoing caller's information (telephone number on the caller's side) notified through a telephone network (50) when an incoming-call arrives at a relay telephone number. The telephone relaying unit (110) connects outgoing caller's telephone terminal device (200) with incoming caller's telephone terminal device (200) to which the acquired user's telephone number is assigned. In addition, the telephone relaying unit (110) notifies the incoming caller's telephone terminal device (200) of the acquired notifying information.</p> |
