An apparatus for measuring outline dimension of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to measure the length of X, Y and Z shafts of the LCD panel, simultaneously or sequentially. A measuring object is seated at a stage(10). The first bar(20) is moved toward the first direction on the stage in order to measure the first length of the measuring object. The second bar(30) is moved toward the second direction crossing the first direction on the stage in order to measure the second length of the measuring object. A sensing sensor is movably embedded in the first bar or the second bar in order to measure the thickness of the measuring object. A guide member(40) fixes the measuring object. The first and second bars are crossed with each other and contacted with the measuring object so that the first and second length is measured. The first bar comprises a body member in parallel to the second direction. An extension member is extended downwardly from the body member. The second bar is moved toward the second direction within a space between the body member and the extension member. |
