FUEL CELL ELECTROLYTE FILM, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND FUEL CELL USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a small and light-weighted fuel cell electrolyte film and a fuel cell using the same, by applying micro-processing technology like electrolytic etching for forming fine holes on a silicon film like silicon wafer.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell electrolyte film is obtained by forming many numbers of through holes having average diameter of 0.1 to 10μm by electrolytic etching on a silicon film, and filling proton conductive polymer in the through holes with filling rate of not less than 8%. The manufacturing method of the same and the fuel cell using the same are provided.
