<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost of an identification tag, and to allow a body to be managed to properly meet an owner, a gurdian or the like when the body to be managed such as a pet, a child, an aged person or an object gets lost. <P>SOLUTION: This stray child management system has: a management server 3 managing a contact address for each the pet 1; and a tag 2 mounted on each the pet 1. The tag 2 has a two-dimensional code 20 readable by a cellphone device 4, including identification information for identifying each the pet 1 and a URL for accessing the management server 3.
