<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capture agent sheet for an organic electronic device, easy to handle and having a strong capture capacity against water and oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: The capture agent sheet for organic electronic device is composed by coating the capture agent expressed by the following formula on a sheet-like member. R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>M, provided that R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>are respectively one kind selected from a group made of hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group, cyclic alkyl group, aryl group, alkoxy group, and carboxyl group and may be mutually same or different, but, is selected to have one or more C-M bond as the capture agent.
