<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp lighting device, capable of correcting, even with dispersion of characteristic values of part of a discharge load circuit, the dispersion without adding an adjustment part. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge lamp lighting device 1000 comprises an inverter circuit 3000 driven by a drive signal and supplying high frequency power to a discharge lamp 110; a drive frequency reference instruction value storage part 315 storing a reference instruction value, a value corresponding to a drive frequency of the inverter circuit 300; a nonvolatile memory 400a storing a correction value for correcting the reference instruction value; an inverter control circuit 310a calculating the driving frequency of the inverter circuit 300 based on the reference instruction value and the correction value, and generating and outputting a control signal corresponding to the calculated drive frequency; and an inverter driving circuit 320 generating a drive signal for driving the inverter circuit 300 from the control signal outputted by the inverter control circuit 310a and outputting the generated drive signal to the inverter circuit 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
