PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange batteries mounted in a swivel base of a working vehicle, with sufficient weight balance utilizing a space inside the swivel base. SOLUTION: A back hoe 1 has the swivel base 11 mounted on a travel device 5; a boom 25 or the like mounted to the front part of the swivel base 11; and a driving force generating part provided inside the swivel base 11. The driving force generating part has a hydraulic pump 14 supplying hydraulic pressure of an operating fluid to operate the boom 25 or the like; an electric motor 13 driving the hydraulic pump 14; the batteries 50 supplying electric power to the electric motor 13; an operating fluid tank 73 storing the operating fluid; and an oil cooler 71 cooling the operating fluid. A curved surface part 41a is formed at the outer periphery of the swivel base 11, and the batteries 50 are provided as counterweights with a plurality of cells arranged to the shape of the curved surface part 41a in a battery storage part 12 located on the curved surface part 41a side inside the swivel base 11.
