PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven adhesive interlining fabric having body/stiff feeling in a weft direction and remarkable flexibility in a warp direction so as to sufficiently make use of thin and soft texture of a face fabric, and not spoiling the feature and the texture of the face fabric comprising thin material having refreshing feeling for a suit, a blouse or the like: and to provide a method for producing the woven adhesive interlining fabric. SOLUTION: The woven adhesive interlining fabric is obtained through coating a woven base fabric comprising warp yarns and weft yarns with resin, wherein weft-occupying parts (W) and space parts (S) partitioned by the warp yarns adjacent to each other are alternately and repeatedly arranged in a warp direction. The woven adhesive interlining fabric satisfies the following: (1) the area ratio of the W parts to the S parts is represented as W/S=2-10; (2) the repeating unit of the W parts and the S parts corresponds to 10-20 portions/2.54 cm; and (3) the S parts comprise space parts substantially continuing in a weft direction via the warp yarns.
